Why use a planning consultant?

Land is a finite resource and those seeking to achieve the most beneficial use of their land / buildings, need to ensure that proposals for development are promoted in the most effective manner based on solid planning advice.

A Chartered Town Planner is a planning specialist who is regulated by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and has the experience and knowledge of the planning system, to produce informed proposals which comply with both local and national planning policies, whilst meeting the needs and wishes of their customers. Packaging  planning applications & planning appeals in a professional and appropriate manner could mean the difference between success and failure. Increasingly other property professionals are now advising their clients to instruct planning consultants at an early stage of the development process, as they are able to advise on the best way of approaching a potential development site.

We are regulated by the RTPI
